Returns

Note: Shani Collection retains the discretion to refuse credit if the returned merchandise does not comply with our Return/Exchange policy.
  • Original-priced merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns made after 30 days are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • All tags must remain attached; worn, altered, or washed items are not eligible for return.
  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns (deducted from refund).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items purchased at major department stores or other authorized retailers must be returned to the original merchant.
  • Final Sale items will not be refunded — NO EXCEPTIONS. If Final Sale items are returned, the item(s) will be put back into stock if possible, and no reimbursement will be provided.

Exchanges

  • Place a new order for the desired item and follow the steps for a Return.
  • A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment after your shipment is received and inspected by our Distribution team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
