Return & Exchange
- Shani Collection will gladly accept returns for regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
- We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and a correctly filled out Returns Form must be included with the return.
- If an order is returned after 30 days, the customer will not receive any form of reimbursement.
- For an exchange, place a new order for the item you wish to receive and once your return is processed, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment.
- Returns are at the expense of the customer.
- Items purchased at major department stores or at any other store selling Shani merchandise should not be returned to shanicollection.com
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Shani Collection reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements
- Final Sale items will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not send back any items purchased as FINAL SALE. If FINAL SALE items are returned the item(s) will be put back into stock and no reimbursement will be provided.

Once we receive the package to our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is refunded.
